Now smartphones have become necessity and their selection requires a lot of research. Teenagers have different preferences list from smartphones to laptops. You might have seen that there is nothing common between girls and boys especially when it comes to selection of “smartphones”. They have different meaning for smartphones, for them its “show off” that they belong to privileged elite. Girls give importance to external features and boys concentrate on internal features.

With the increase in age, girls’ craziness for colors increased. I was recently told of an incident in a cellphone market, girl increased her mobile phone budget, just because of color. Girls prefer bright colors like golden, silver, white, green and pink not only for smartphones but for their cases too. Nokia Lumia due to its colors has become favorite handset for girls.

 Girls are also very concerned about screen size. They love to use Samsung Note instead of iPhone 4. However, some brand conscious girls prefer iPhone. I have seen many girls using large screen as makeup mirror .Considering such a waste of mobile phones, girls should buy a colorful mirror instead of smartphone.

Boys have different philosophy in case of mobiles .They do not give importance to outside features, as less attracted towards bright colors so they choose black and grey for smartphones. It is no coincidence that they like huge screen smartphones for different purposes. Bigger screen size provides more fun while playing games and watching movies.

Camera resolution has been taken very seriously by boys because quality camera gives chance and platform to them to show their photography skills. It has been seen that they are easily attracted towards unusual designing hence xperia has special place in their hearts. Of course high processor is also present in their preference list. For boys, the most notable feature is battery life. Boys hate to carry chargers with them, have no hand bags like girls, as chargers do not fit in the jeans pocket with a huge size smartphone.

Smartphones have become entertainment and information tools for us, should be selected after thorough research because we need them 24/7 in our lives.
